Our AA, AAA, AAAA, and Reserve grades describe how the flower looks, smells, and has been trimmed and cured. The grade does not tell you the THC level or guarantee an effect.
What we check
Bud structure
We look at the shape and density of the buds. Natural variation is normal.
Trim
We check how much extra leaf and stem remains.
Aroma
We note how strong the aroma is and what it smells like. Aroma does not predict how you will feel.
Cure
We check the flower’s texture and finish.
Consistency
We look at the whole lot, not one especially good-looking bud.
Product information
The weight, price, stock, THC, and CBD on the product page should match what you receive.
Our four flower grades
| Grade | 16 Mile name | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| AA | Everyday | A good everyday option. Bud size, shape, or trim may vary more. |
| AAA | Select | More consistency in structure, trim, cure, and aroma. |
| AAAA | Quad | Strong structure, trim, cure, and aroma across the lot. |
| AAAAA | Reserve | Our highest grade, used only for flower that stands out beyond Quad. |
These are 16 Mile grades, not official Canadian standards. A higher grade does not automatically mean more THC or a stronger effect. Read the flower grade guide for more.
About product photos
Photos can show colour, shape, and trim, but lighting and screens can change how flower looks. Buds also vary naturally, so the flower you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured.
Choose the weight you want, then check the price, THC/CBD, aroma, and stock. No single grade or number tells you everything about a product.
