This policy applies when you browse 16miles.ca, create an account, contact us, join an optional program, or place an order where service is available. The website and its services are intended only for adults who are at least 19 years old.

• Payment details. For e-Transfer, we may record the payment status, amount, order number, and the time we received it. We do not ask for or store your online-banking password. For cash orders, we record that cash was chosen and whether the order was paid.
• Age checks. We may ask you to confirm your age and may inspect government-issued identification when you receive an order. Do not send ID photos by text or through the contact page unless we give you secure instructions.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, security events, cookie choices, and referral information.
