What do I send?
Send the exact order total to the email address shown. In the message, write only your name and order number. Do not add product names or other notes. If autodeposit is on, your bank may not ask for a security question.
What can delay my order?
- The wrong amount: compare the total in your bank with the total on the order.
- No name or order number: contact us with your order number so we can find the payment.
- Extra information: write only your name and order number.
- Your bank limit: check it before placing a large order.
When do you start my order?
We start preparing the order after we receive the payment. Never send your banking password or a screenshot showing your private bank information. Read the payment options page or learn how delivery works.
