Most local orders arrive in about 1–2 hours after they are confirmed. Traffic, weather, distance, and how busy we are can affect the wait, so delivery times are estimates. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Monday–Saturday: 10 AM–10 PM

There is no daily cutoff time. If we are busy, your order may take longer. We will send updates after it is confirmed, while it is being prepared, and when it goes out for delivery.
We cannot promise an exact arrival time. Traffic, weather, road closures, distance, payment delays, and trouble reaching the address can all cause delays. We will let you know if we become aware of a major delay.
Minimums and fees
- Milton and supported rural Milton orders have a $25 minimum. Delivery is free at $40 or more.
- Georgetown orders have a $40 minimum and free delivery.
- Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga orders have a $100 minimum and a $15 delivery fee.
- The minimum is based on the products in the cart before the delivery fee.
Before the driver arrives
- Keep your phone nearby in case we need an address or access detail.
- Add the unit, buzzer, gate, or concise meeting instructions at checkout.
- Have valid identification ready. Orders are for adults 19+ and cannot be left unattended.
- If you selected cash on delivery, have the confirmed order total ready.

Common delivery questions
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
No. Most local orders arrive in about 1–2 hours, but we cannot guarantee an exact time or minute. The confirmed order and later status updates are the best guide.
What if I miss the driver?
Contact us right away. We cannot leave the order unattended. A second delivery attempt may not be available, and another delivery fee may apply.
Is the package discreet?
Yes. Outer packaging is plain and delivery vehicles are unmarked.
Can I add a unit or gate note?
Yes. Add concise access directions in the order notes at checkout. Do not include passwords, banking information, or identification photos.
